The Australian Classification Board (the ACB) (known simply as the 'Classification Board' (the CB) within Austrailia) is the rating system for Austrailia.
The Exempt rating (or E rating) is the equivalent to the Rating Pending (RP) rating. These games are used for educational purposes.
The General rating (or G rating) is the equivalent to the Early Childhood (EC), and Everyone (E) rating.
The Parental Guidence rating (or PG rating) is the equivalent to the Everyone 10+ (E10+) rating.
The Mature rating (or M rating) is the equivalent to the Teen (T) rating. The rating is equal to more player-friendly Teen games, such as games with minimal content descriptors, such as The Amazing Spider-Man.
The Mature Audiences rating (or MA15+ rating) is the equivalent to the Mature (M) rating. The rating is equal to more mature Teen games such as inFAMOUS 2.
The Restricted rating (or R18+ rating) is the equivalent to the Adults Only (AO) rating.
The Refused Classification rating (or RC rating) is not equal to any rating in the ESRB. These games are banned in Austrailia and not permitted for anyone in the country to play.
Check the ClassificationEdit
The Check the Classification rating (or CTC rating) is the equivalent of the Rating Pending (RP) rating. Games with this rating are still deciding the classification of the game in question.
